Fluff and Fold Mobile Laundry Services

All of our bookings are made online via our website or sending a text message to 204-809-7561.  If you have special requests add these into the booking notes and if we have any questions we will reach out to you. You can also set up weekly or fortnightly bookings with reminders each week for pickup.  

Turnaround times for standard wash, ironing, and fold services are generally next-day, with return delivery at around the same time as pickup. Weekend services and larger jobs, such as bulk ironing or washing, may take longer. If you have an event, please include details in the booking instructions.

Payment is made online via debit or credit card or e-transfer before delivery. Once your laundry is weighed, you’ll receive an invoice via email with a payment link. After payment is received, your laundry will be washed and delivered. We do not accept payment by cash.

Your laundry will be sorted into lights and darks which will be washed separately (note that this will count as two loads even if under 5kgs). If you would prefer these to be washed together, let us know.

One load of washing is approximately 5kgs (weighed when dry). This will vary depending on the volume of the item – for example, some items may be thick and bulky but still lightweight, we count based on what will fit inside a 5kg machine drum.

We only charge for full loads, half loads would still be charged as a full load..

You can leave your laundry in a garbage bag or basket on your doorstep.And we will return it to the same spot. Should you wish to hand it to us at the door that is also an option.

You can leave hangers with your ironing pickup, otherwise we will use standard wire hangers. 

Not we are a mobile laundry service and we only offer pickup and delivery service.Our service difference is that we come and collect your laundry from you, and return it to you, to help make your life easy!

You’ll find our pricing is very competitive compared to hotel pricing, and we can collect and return your laundry directly to the concierge so you don’t have to wait around for us. Who wants to do laundry while you are on holiday anyway!

We offer hand washing but no line drying
